What is a lunch and learn?

We're glad you asked! A "lunch and learn" is a casual, informal training session or presentation that takes place during the lunch break at work. Employees gather to learn about a specific topic while eating a meal, as a way to develop professional skills and share knowledge.

Do we need to register individually?

Yes! Registrations may be sent to the same email, but please register each participant separately so we know who is attending.
