The Friends of Pickford Public Library operates a public library facility in Pickford Township on Main Street. Their mission is to develop a facility that enhances every aspect of the community and its citizens, touching young and old alike in becoming a keystone in the foundation of our town. They strive for the library to complement and expand school services for children and youth by giving them a positive environment to gather and grow, and they are developing it as a focal point of the community and surrounding area through classes and universal access to information and knowledge. Meetings are the 3rd Thursday of each month, at 7 pm, at the library. Everyone is welcome. The Pickford Community Library offers regular programs and a wonderful learning environment in a historic space. Hours are 1-8 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm Wednesday and Friday and Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
