Tracking and Animal Behavior in the EUP

Interested in the tracks you see in the wilderness and the animals that left them? Join nature educators Mike Supernault and Mike Lynch for a presentation and field trip on tracking and animal behavior in the eastern Upper Peninsula Saturday, February 1, from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., at Avery Arts & Nature Learning Center. For the first portion of the program, these knowledgeable wilderness enthusiasts will present information inside at Hessel School House. After the presentation, participants will continue exploring the world of tracking at a nearby Little Traverse Conservancy nature preserve. The program is free of charge.
